    The Durango had 392 on the side as you can see in the pictures, should have also taken a pic of the paperwork which stated 6.4L Hemi or 392 cubic inches. Either way, still a bad ass Durango.

    I totally agree with this, unlike GM of past and other American manufactures that ignored Deming and Drucker who ended up going to Japan and teaching them about Quality Management for Profit, Mary is a student of them. Right now Mary knows that if she is able to turn consistent profits and plan for the future, they can take back the market share and leadership role, but this first comes by making sure the company is profitable which she has done even if many of us do not agree with how the auto's are being built now. She is for sure investing in the future and will leave GM with a legacy that will be realized after the fact. Profitable GM with Quality will bring market share and long term growth. Another outstanding CEO was IBM Gerstner hired in 1993 and turned IBM into one of the most profitable service companies and proved he also built a deep bench of leadership by taking his Golden Parachute over 10 years to prove what he built would last and still does today. It will be very interesting to watch everyone from the Germans to the Asian and American auto companies and see who becomes the new leader in the EV auto world.

    Daughters Durango had to have some work done, so was at the dealership to pick it up for her. Saw this Brand new Mopar 18 Durango 392 AWD. 6.4L V8, talk about a sexy package. That is HOT HOT HOT

    Considering the mess they left when they were here last, that is more like giving it away for 20 plus years to build up enough history of reliable auto's for people to pay a premium. Will not trust a Peugeot. I your 40 plus years old, you know the crap they had and how they left people holding the bag of the garbage they tried to sell and then dumped and fled. I do not trust them period. They are just barely 1 step above Alfa that should have stayed in the history books for the garbage it is.

    Or even a full size or mid size. Mini works for many, just look at how many old Mini Ford Rangers were sold.

    I question that, 6 months of continual sales decline, my gut tells me people are getting tired of the MB products and having them everywhere from the Kia entry level to the so called Luxury level, but all for the most part looking the same. I think their leadership will be replaced by some other company.

    Yet Italians are well know for stylish quality built boats, why can they not seem to figure this out for the Auto's they build. Just crazy.

    I admit that I have not seen specific numbers for them in Europe just the BCC that says over all European auto sales are in serious decline. If they are staying flat that is good for them. I truly hope they maximize the Opel experience and bring in something that will be a hit here as an alternative to what is here but not so far out there that is just sits.

    Saw a Stelvio new at the 24hr fitness last night when I went to work out, the sun roof was partially open. I told the person they were calling for rain and he looked at me pissed and said there was nothing he could do as it was no longer functional, being taken in today and so far he had buyers remorse due to the poor quality of the CUV. I have to think that anyone that is willing to pay the money these auto's command will look at the reviews and think twice about buying their quality-less auto's.

    Car is bland enough to keep me from wanting to buy it, but I will hold out hope for an exciting V edition package. Who knows. ?‍♂️

    They just do not get how to package for value as well as Luxury. GM seems to have lost their auto mojo. Great that they are profitable, but the passion is truly missing. ?

    Interesting! ? In the past they have built concepts that caught my attention but never delivered what I would buy or fit in. Be interesting to see how they do their EV platform. ? Course @ocnblu will only see this as ?

    I think Peugeot is hurting just as bad as everyone else trying to sell in Socialist Europe. Sales are declining, people are happy with mass transit and as such, only the US market and China offer growth or death to these auto companies. FCA is alive due to the power and money of the US brands they took over and then wasted the billions on stupid Fiat and Alfa. Hopefully Peugeot truly maximizes using the Opel Engineers and brings products Americans will buy, not quirky ugly French stuff. If they build and bring what Americans will buy, Peugeot might be successful, yet like an elephant, I remember the garbage they brought last time, they have a big hill to convince me they can offer something better than the existing American or Asian name plates offer or the over rated German brands.

    I agree, the marketing machine that fatter / bigger is better is not true and I think Americans are figuring that out. Will be interesting to see what comes of it. Will someone realize a 2 no more than 3 people on a bench seat squished is a desirable truck for the inner city owner / Home Depot suburban family?

    I will have to disagree with you, mini pickups used to sit and then were sold off to junk yards, lately I have seen more activity in this segment with people looking for small trucks as they do not want a medium or full size truck. I think there is valid reason to be aware of what people are interested in even used old auto's as it tends to say that the auto market is ignoring a customer want. While not everyone is building MiniVans, there is still an active desire for them and clearly enough to keep a couple brands going. I believe the same is true for the mini truck.

    So you never keep an eye on the local auto lots to see what comes in and goes out and see what is selling? I can tell you one thing that is not selling on my local Ford lot of Hwy 99 here, they have 3 last year model Yellow Tonka Truck badges trucks along with 2 white Carol Shelby trucks that are all 2018 models and still sitting. Either Harrison Ford has a terrible auto buyer or they bought a ton of the same thing and are now having a hard time selling it.

    Been watching the auto lots around me and how much I find old rangers, Datsun, Toyota's and even seen some S10 and a couple Luv trucks and they are not sitting on the lots. I know a number of coworkers have bought old used mini pickups as it met their need. So this is just my own monitoring and seeing what has sold around here. Seattle market is hot period for people moving here, so this could also be a side affect of that.

    On top of this, I have seen an up-tick in sales and price for used Mini Pickup Trucks. I honestly see a need for something smaller than the mid size.

    They have definitely hit it right as I am seeing Jags and Land Rovers all over Seattle.

    Nice movement of CPO sales, but like everyone else, new auto sales are slowing.

    The Crosstrek was on fire in Seattle, but now I hear from plenty of coworkers who bought them are trading them in for equal priced but roomy alternatives from other vendors. Seems to be a consistent message of overpriced for what you get at least here in Seattle. Seattle still loves Subaru, but mostly I just see the Outback on the passes or out hiking / camping.
