Yet BMW has pulled in their plan for EVs by 2yrs. https://www.greencarreports.com/news/1123785_bmw-pulls-ahead-its-electrification-plans-by-two-years Makes one wonder what they know that no one else knows.

I think a 3yr refresh with clean sheet new model every 6 years is a doable solution.

I have to laugh at this as it was a story before the fall of the CEO when he said the Nissan Leaf is now profitable globally. Yea, right we believe you Carlos. https://insideevs.com/news/324017/nissan-ceo-leaf-is-now-profitable-80-of-its-us-sales-come-from-4-cities/ ?

How do you like your Manwich? From a can or home made? ? Can ya tell it is lunch time and I am hungry! ?

Are ya talking about this? https://www.donlen.com/production-cars-gm.html https://www.donlen.com/production-trucks-gm.html ? Interesting that the Camaro has build and engineering restrictions for the 2020 model So yes DELAYED TILL FURTHER NOTICE, when in reality, if they fixed the bunker look, opened up the green house and gave it a decent face, it would sell just fine. http://gmauthority.com/blog/2019/06/report-there-will-be-no-seventh-generation-chevrolet-camaro/

Right! I am so tired of those that consistently point out the long battery charge times, not like ICE in the early 1900's when you borrowed a milk can from the farmer and walked to a gas station to get gas cause you ran out. This is the early stage of EVs and we have the tech coming as I posted before and will post again here. We have battery tech that gives 6 min and 12 min full recharges. 200 miles in 6 min or 400 miles in 12 min. What is slow about that?

Is that not why boys and girls were called Metal Mouth! ? ?

At least unlike Mercedes-Benz, BMW actually has built a few of their concepts for production.

Awesome update on the Rivian that clearly states they are learning from Tesla to avoid service issues unlike Tesla, you can be 50 or 200 miles away from a drive in service center and Rivian will come to you. Due to access via the Cloud, rivian will be able to check the auto and come to you with parts to repair on site. Very excited for these auto's to start being delivered to customers by the end of 2020.

I do, I would love an updated Trailblazer AWD SS. There is a Desire for roomy performance SUV's, I would totally disagree with you. Look at the solid sales of the Trackhawk.

Very cool design concept. I also love the new BMW EV Bike concept they showed off too. https://www.autoblog.com/2019/06/25/bmw-motorrad-electric-vision-dc-roadster/ This one is very cool and sounds also like a pod racer.

Wrong but thanks for playing. No excuses when I have actually tried the auto's both when I went shopping with my son and was a passenger in a coworkers Mini who is joined to the local Mini club. No one was able to sit behind me. The auto is a fine auto for smaller people, just not me or pretty much anyone that is big / tall. No Excuses, just facts. -

Will agree to disagree, reliability issues go hand in hand especially when your are a Luxurious / Performance brand. Yes, I agree Cadillac is NOT the Standard of the world which they dropped that slogan and they need to Drop the MORON who came up with Rise above. I get that they are wanting to rise above everyone else to be again the standard of the world, but they need to focus on messaging, product launches and not worry about a marketing slogan when they are not Marketing the products. Market the products and the right Slogan will come to be from customers perceptions. Right now Cadillac might as well throw away their current marketing as it is FAILING them. -

Long body, short legs, Yes if I wanted to fold up my long legs I could get into a mini, yet NO ONE can sit behind me just like Dirk, I really have to challenge if he is truly comfortable. I doubt it. -

Fixed it for ya. Yet considering the brands higher than MB and BMW that are NOT Luxury labels, you can consider them in the bottom since Mazda, GMC, Buick, Toyota, Lexus, Dodge, Nissan, Chevrolet, Lincoln, Ford, Hyundai, Kia and Genesis are all ranked better. So much for the Best or nothing at all marketing slogan as well as the Ultimate Driving machine slogan. Clearly both companies are NOT living up to their Hype. -

Not surprising that their quality is also at the bottom along with MB and BMW according to the JD Powers survey 2019. -
Mini News: Mini-Cooper John Cooper Works GP Warms Up on the 'Ring

Since I cannot fit in one, who cares on my part, yet with the US Obesity problems, I question just how many Americans can really fit into a Mini Cooper let alone want one anymore. Sales seem to imply that the base hard core fans have been satisfied as sales drop off fast. -
Saw GMC Acadia Black edition and All Terrain edition, very sharp looking, in fact I think better looking than the Denali edition.
