  1. Seems Lordstown while moving forward to go into full EV pickup production has also committed to an EV van for both personal use and delivery use. Lordstown has just signed a long term battery supply agreement with LG Chem for the Endurance Pickup and other unidentified EVs. Lordstown will reveal the EV Van in June of 2021 with production starting in 2nd half of 2022. The exciting part if that Camping World will also sell a conversion of the van through their national Camping World stores and service all Lordstown EVs. Lordstown also confirmed that they have stamped 57 Beta Prototypes for testing starting in March. From crash testing to a wide range of validation testing to be done on these test mules. Lordstown also confirmed today that they are now an official listing on the United States Services Administration sheet for auto purchases. The first step in being approved to sell to Government fleets across the US. 3. Fair enough Olds! Sadly it seems Tesla is using their customers for Alpha, Beta and Release Candidate testing with sad loss of life due to idiots that hear Auto Pilot and think that watching a movie is more important than the only job they really having, getting form Point A to B safely. Agree, when a common sense sane person does their job, the so called Auto Pilot can work. Tesla really needs to relabel it and properly clearly state what it can and cannot do.
  4. Top 12 statements about our Pandemic: 1. Half of us are going to come out of this quarantine as amazing cooks. The other half will come out with a drinking problem. 2. I used to spin the toilet paper like I was on “Wheel of Fortune.” Now I turn it like I’m cracking a safe. 3. I need to practice social distancing from ... the refrigerator. 4. Still haven’t decided where to go for Easter ... The Living Room or The Bedroom. 5. PSA: Every few days, try your jeans on just to make sure they fit. Pajamas will have you believing all is well in the kingdom. 6. Homeschooling is going well. Two students suspended for fighting and one teacher fired for drinking on the job! 7. I don’t think anyone expected that when we changed the clocks we’d go from Standard Time to Twilight Zone. 8. This morning I saw a neighbor talking to her cat. It was obvious she thought her cat understood her. I came into the house, told my dog...we laughed a lot. 9. So, after this quarantine, will the producers of “My 600-Pound Life” just find me or do I find them? 10. My body has absorbed so much soap and disinfectant lately that when I pee it cleans the toilet. 11. Day 5 of Homeschooling: One of these little monsters called in a bomb threat. 12. Day 6 of Homeschooling: My child just said: “I hope I don’t have the same teacher next year.” I’m offended. My Self-Isolation Quarantine Diary: Day 1 – I can do this!! Got enough food and wine to last a month! Day 2 – Opening my 8th bottle of wine. I fear wine supplies might not last! Day 3 – Strawberries: Some have 210 seeds, some have 235 seeds. Who Knew?? Day 4 – 8 p.m.: Removed my Day Pajamas and put on my Night Pajamas. Day 5 – Today, I tried to make hand sanitizer. It came out as Jell-O Shots!! Day 6 – I get to take the garbage out. Day 8 – Went to a new restaurant called “The Kitchen.” You must gather all the ingredients and make your own meal. I have no clue how this place is still in business. 5. On the way out to my sisters to TV installation on Saturday January 30th, I had to stop and snap this pic of these trucks in the front yard of a house.
  6. Sunday was as always a day for my own sanity, skiing at Steven's Pass Ski Resort. Great way to increase the endorphins and be happy. My glass is always half full and on days like ski day, no glass exists as all is full of energy and happiness. Got there, we have great snow fall so far, way taller than the auto. @A Horse With No Name Been seeing allot of these here at the resort this year. Seems people love them for coming up and sleeping in them over the weekend. Stevens Pass has been doing a great job to enforce social distancing and keeping us all safe even in the bathrooms. Unfortunatly, it was a very foggy soupy day. So had to be extra careful to prevent hitting any trees and more importantly is to avoid running over any ski rats, aka kids as well as slow adults.
  7. OK, Yesterday was a long day for me, a bit tiring, but so worth it as my Endorphins are running high. Came home and made dinner, afterwards in cleaning up, I just crashed. As such, I will start by posting my projects I did. Friday, I finished up building my mobile dirt bin so that I can pour all my pot soil into it, then re-vitalize it for use in the spring again. So pictures are in completed product to the start of my lumber pile. Second Project was Saturday where I spent the day at my sisters house. Installed two wall mounts, then did in-wall wiring to have it very clean. First TV was a 55" Samsung for her workout room. Second TV was Samsung's Q80 76" TV in her Great Room with sound bar floating. Also did the in wall wiring and electrical. Both TVs are Hardwired Gigabit ethernet back to her switch in her laundry room where the core switch I installed and connected to her private modem and out to the internet.
  8. Tesla self driving is a Joke, proven to many times with lives lost!
  9. Honda has already signed on the dotted line to use GM battery / powertrain to build their EVs. I expect them to start out with what they have and GMs batteries and can easily see this moving to using GM's full family power train. After all, who would not want a tri-motor 1000HP Honda Pilot! General Motors and Honda to Jointly Develop Next-Generation Honda Electric Vehicles Powered by GM’s Ultium Batteries
  10. Up skiing after a busy weekend. Had to laugh to see the EV charging spots covered in packed snow. Will post more after I get home of all the projects I did. Interested to hear what ya think of my projects. For now, off to go ski and up my natural Endorphins for happiness ?! Stay safe all, relaxe and realize that to quote @Robert Hall the glass is neither half full or half empty, it just might not exist at all. Only you put the limits on what you achieve in life!
  11. Started watching last night FATE: The WINX Saga. Very cool special.affects and decent story line on Netflix. https://m.imdb.com/title/tt8179402/
  12. For Everyone Here in C&G!
  13. The benefits of Multi-Cultural is that I am happy to tolerate his music since the wife and daughter love him and like all music from all artists, always willing to give it a try. Enjoying me some Garth!
  14. Love this new marketing from GM! Are you willing to join the future? Are you willing to join Generation E? GM-Generation-E.mp4
  15. Ignorance
  16. This is the link to the 51 minute video where Mary covers how GM is planning the change over to an all EV future and moving everyone into an EV. I encourage folks to watch it with an open mind and then debate the pros and cons of her plan. https://players.brightcove.net/1050888044001/bNJ5EPvlNA_default/index.html?videoId=6222187724001 Thank you,
  17. Wish you all the best in getting a replacement dip stick and the mess cleaned up. That attention to detail is just not acceptable.
  18. Time
  19. His voice to me is cringe worthy as I imagine it it like how people describe finger nails on a chalk board.
  20. After the Olds Station Wagon, the family went Suburban's and has never really looked back.
  21. Energy
  22. As to why there is variety. Course everyone has their own tastes, that is why a Multi-Cultural society is so great due to variety. Glad you love your Ford and are liking the Ford trucks. Keep everyone working is the goal. Excited to see the EV F-150. Yes, Interesting times for sure. Be interesting to see how this plays out. 2035 is 15 years away, so none of us know what all could happen globally. Covid-19, it seems is going to stick around for a few years and based on vaccination rates, I see it taking till 2023 to get the globe back to a semi normal life, but still not back to what it was before the virus hit.
  23. The Drive as well as a few other web sites that have a difference access to the Tesla configuration site see's that you will have both steering wheel styles as options. They do state that they think many will not want the Playstations / XBOX rectangle steering wheel. Tesla Site Code Shows Refreshed Model S with a Regular Old Steering Wheel, Not a Yoke (thedrive.com)
  24. That was the weird part is that the black edition was only allowing you to configure it up with the Diesel when I was on there earlier today. ?
  25. I have to say that right now, I was loving the RAM for looks over Ford or GM options especially the butt ugly Chevrolet pickup. Yet then GM launches the 2021 HD Denali Black edition and I have to say this is HOT! Wish you could get it without the Diesel, but still this is now the best looking truck out there I think for the GM, Ford and Ram. Only draw back for me is that the interior while nice, looks so dated.
