how about a clean 3rd gen camaro with t tops 350tpi 5spd black cloth seats ?

They wouldn't let you buy one with both a 350TPI and a 5spd. back then. It was one or the other. :stupid: I hated it when GM did stupid things like that.

He he he... yes ... 1970 - 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlos ;).

And, have a pic of that '73 Caprice?

There are plenty of MCs in there. I could scan the pic of the Caprice, but it is a small newsprint photo and you won't see much.

Gotta go now, I'll check on the Montes later today for you.

No '96, but there is a '94 @ $7,750

I keep the Camino info to myself :AH-HA_wink:

J/K, there is one that might be a Conquista (can't tell from pic)- it's an '85 for $4,300 or best. Also a '78 and an '86 (both non-Conquista/SS) for 4k and 6k respectively.

And a '72 I have my eye on. 8)

The Caprice looks pretty good in the pic, but appears to be missing some trim around the windshield. The MCs all have pics and vary quite a bit in originality and condition, the $ 1,800 LS seems like a good buy. If you want more specifics/ phone #s Just PM me.

Hmm...that wouldn't bother me too much ... I still haven't gotten the clips to put the trim back around the top of my '72's windshield...he he he.

I didn't know what I was letting myself in for with this thread :lol:

Will do ... and, of course, no worries! If I don't check in tomorrow night (Dad's softball team doesn't play until 8:50 ... and then I need to get up early Saturday morning to start cleaning the '87 MC LS for the 1st time this year) I'll check in for sure Saturday night ;).

I've been trying to PM the files to you all day without luck, for some reason they never finish uploading. I'll try to post them here now, but if you don't see them I'll need your e-mail to send them that way. Either way they need to be magnified 200% to be legible.

My apologies to everyone who's requests I didn't get to. I was trying to get Knightfan's request PM'd to him and having no luck. I got frustrated and decided to lie down on the couch: the next thing I knew it was morning.

That would be difficult. 1995 was the last year for the Convertible *and* the 3.4 dohc.

Um... any 97+ Preludes, 94+ Integras, ~95 Miatas, 95+ 240SXs, 90+ 300ZXs, 94+ Celicas, or any Del Sols? All with under 100k miles and around (preferably under) $5k? :P

Too many to list,BV. I now have hives from looking through these sections. <_<

These cars are way too common for a long distance search, you should have no problem finding some much closer to you.

The 'ludes vary greatly in price depending on mileage but most are way beyond your range. There is a '93 that needs an engine for 1k though.

The Del sols are mostly cheap, high mileage junk.

The Acuras are beyond the price range, even the high mileage ones.

Same for the Miatas

and the Celicas

no 240 SXs listed

Much better range of choices with the 300ZX, it looks like the best bet for getting what you want from your list. One example: '92 300ZX 70k miles, $5,500 neg.

Posted

No they're not... I can't find any close to me. They are all 200+ miles away. But yes... I already know people like to overprice these cars. Nothing new... finding one in my price range sucks.

While its not exactly what you asked for, I came across this whilst used car shopping.Clicky Hopefully the link works, its a '94 'vert with the 3.4 and 98xxx miles.

*chuckles*

One night last June, during the time I was looking for a new job, I got online a bit later than normal, and with about 3 message boards yet to read, I decide to take a break for a few minutes and watch some TV ... next thing I new, it was morning ... he he he.

And, thanks for the PMs :).
