New Affiliate To C&G & An Update

Roseville, MI - When we re-launched the new C&G we knew we were looking to change a few things. The first being the new forums of course and the layout of the homepage of the web-site. We also wish to make a tremendous effort towards courting new affiliates and attracting sponsorship to C&G, something that has been missing since it's inception. While we will stay away from pop-ups we cannot deny the fact that we are actively searching for advertisers to advertise their product on C&G to reach a worldwide audience. One quick glance at our most recent statistics shows that people from countries such as China, Japan, Australia, Argentina, and Korea visited the site, just to name a few.
With that out of the way, we were delighted when the owner of LS1LT1 approached us in an effort to build an affiliate relationship. I'm pleased to announce a new affiliate to the C&G web-site, that of course being the folks over at LS1LT1 . We will continue to pursue and accept affiliate partners here on C&G as they arise.

Advertisers should know what a powerhouse of a media source we truly are; statistics such as how many hits we review a day as well as how may countries C&G reaches will be released to advertisers. Our advertising rates are incredibly low and feature a very good "bang for the buck" deal; something everybody is looking for in today's automotive industry.

Revenue from advertisers will be used for the sole purpose of purchasing spy shots from the web's leading spy photographers. New spy shots are constantly popping up and C&G is always the avenue of information for GM Enthusiasts worldwide to find the latest in General Motors spy photography. Rest assured, if we had the finances at our side, we would own the spy market. Advertising is extremely inexpensive. Appeal is at an all-time high. Don't miss out on the next spy shot we feature, nor the next exclusive C&G receives. Contact us at [email protected] today for a deal that can't be refused.

For members that wish to donate, there will be a donation option available in the very near future with all donations going, again, towards spy shots on the site. Hosting is safe and secure and we are currently looking to expand C&G beyond anybody's wildest imagination.
Thanks for reading and be sure to check out our latest affiliate.

How are you planning to incorporate the ads into the site? "Instant Winner" ads on the top of the page? Bottom of the page? In two colums on the sides? I'm not trying to be sarcastic but I like C&G for it's lack of ads. I understand that the site needs revenue, but please try to be tasteful with the ad placement.

For the democrats, we'll start with the "Punch Out George Bush" popup. We'll follow that with a few "Click here for your free Ipod" banners and a popup or two for Orbitz or partypoker.com. And you may want to make sure your firewall is working properly.

:P

j/k. One of the requirements for any ads that we allow on the site is that they'll be tasteful and not distract too much from your experience at C&G. The most likely place for them is in the "Sponsors" section on the front page, and a banner or two inside the forums. We hate ads too, but any and all proceeds are going towards the site. Trust me, none of us are going to quit our day jobs anytime soon.

Just like Z has said. We will stay free of ads as far as we can. However with spy shots costing us hundreds of dollars, there's a point where we must ask for advertisers.

Hey there, we noticed you're using an ad-blocker. We're a small site that is supported by ads or subscriptions. We rely on these to pay for server costs and vehicle reviews.  Please consider whitelisting us in your ad-blocker, or if you really like what you see, you can pick up one of our subscriptions for just $1.75 a month or $15 a year. It may not seem like a lot, but it goes a long way to help support real, honest content, that isn't generated by an AI bot.

See you out there.
